Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few questions I get asked.

Our French Bulldogs have had no health problems. I get questions about blue alopecia; we do not have that issue with our dogs or the puppies we have produced.

We feed high-quality dog food to curb any skin or digestive problems. Yes, Frenchies can have gas and throw up; feeding high-quality food will get you close to eliminating these problems.

We work on producing puppies with a little bit of a nose to help with breathing problems. On a cool morning, our girls will walk a mile or more with no issues. Never walk your French Bulldog in the heat, no matter the size of the nose.

We do not produce extreme Frenchies with a flat nose and face or minis.

French Bulldogs require artificial insemination and c-sections to reproduce. They also have very slim hips, which makes it difficult for them to reproduce naturally.

The average cost to breed a French Bulldog is about $7000. Breeding French Bulldogs is also a full-time job; they require constant attention and care.

French Bulldogs have the sweetest, funniest, and most unique personalities. Our Frenchies keep us entertained all the time. They are the biggest clowns!

They’re also perfect if you live in an apartment as they don’t require that much exercise. Frenchies will be as lazy or as active as you want them to be.

But as with all dogs, they do need some activity. A short walk, playing ball, or just some mental activity helps keep your Frenchie fit inside and out!

Reserving: We don’t start taking deposits until puppies are 2 weeks old.  Deposits will range from $500 – $1,000. Deposits are not refundable if purchase is not completed due to no fault of Wild Blue French Bulldogs.

Payment Accepted: Cash, Venmo, Zelle

Delivery/Pickup: All deliveries are done by hand. We will meet in a public area. Outside the local area must be agreed upon prior.

We do not ship puppies but can recommend a flight nanny.

Our puppies start at $4,500 and up.

Since our dogs are raised in our home they are family to us. But the reality is we can’t keep each one.

So on occasion we may have one that would be willing to place in a 5 star home.

She or he would be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and given a Pro Heart 12 month heartworm vaccine.

As of now we do not have any that are going to be placed. But please keep checking back or ask to be on a wait list for a retired dog.

No! I do not ship. I will not transport our puppies in a van with other dogs. I will not put them on a plane by themselves.

I will drive to meet and deliver your puppy within a reasonable distance.

We can recommend a flight nanny at buyers expense.

The French Bulldog is indeed an intelligent and very smart breed of dogs, and the natural companionship the French Bulldog exhibits is extraordinary. Frenchies display their smartness at home and in other activities and are very fun to be around.

On the other hand, French bulldogs can be very stubborn, and difficult to train. Patience is key to having a French Bulldog.
